Logistics

Responsibilities:

  • Make logistics calendar every month
  • Process all parts import order, Knock Down and Individual Part Order parts coming from NML, SNA, NCIC, Renault, Saint Gobain, BOSCH, spare parts and CBU
  • Process sub component parts for PCC export
  • Process additional order for import parts DOM & PCC export
  • Control and monitor Estimate Time Delivery/Estimate Time Departure for the parts
  • Control and monitor NML, SNA both NMI & NMDI parts, and CBU freight cost
  • Control and monitor SNA, NML, Renault both NMI & NMDI parts, and CBU payment
  • Control purchase order for all KD & IPO both NMI & NMDI parts, and CBU into MOVEX system and inform PO number to related department
  • Prepare CKD and CBU monthly report, logistics report, inventory report (for RENAULT only)
  • Delivery keeping ratio report
  • To optimized adoption of “KD allocation system”
  • To monitor good inventory control for multisourcing and IPO parts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Has 1 year experience in similar field
  • Preferable female, 25-35 years old.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Has high analysis skill, good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
  • Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available to work overtime, and discipline.
